Spot watering requires constant monitoring. Several of the pots that I deemed still wet yesterday were bone dry today. I had no idea that a plant could dry out so quickly.
Hi Steve. It's the sun, it's the sun I tell you. These plants were introuced into the greenhouse under fairly poor conditions and have had no real demands placed upon them until now. A few sunny days makes a world of difference. Just goes to show that your plants really should be checked twice daily. It's what they do in 'proper' greenhouses.
